Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I'm Brooklyn
I am a therapist who works with kids, teens, and adults, supporting them through big emotions, anxiety, life transitions, and the challenges that come with growing up. I believe therapy should feel safe, welcoming, and supportive - not intimidating or overwhelming.

Why I do This Work
Growing up isn't easy.
Neither is parenting.
And trying to "hold it all together" can be exhausting.
I am passionate about helping individuals feel understood, supported, and confident in who they are becoming. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or stuck in cycles of big emotions they don't fully understand yet. My role is to help make those feelings feel more manageable - and to build tools that actually work in real life.
What It's Like to Work With Me
Clients often describe sessions as:
-
Warm and welcoming
-
Supportive and non-judgmental
-
Calm, approachable, and collaborative
I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels right for them. Therapy is not forced - it's a partnership.
For Parents
If you're here as a parent, you're not alone.
Seeking support for your child can bring up a lot of questions, emotions, and uncertainty. I aim to work alongside families with care and respect, offering guidance while supporting your child's individual needs and growth.
